Digital Conversion & Refund Policy

This policy explains what to expect from JAS3dStudio conversions and how refund requests for digital downloads are handled.

Conversion results depend on your artwork and settings

JAS3dStudio converts the SVG artwork you upload into 3D models (STL and 3MF). The result is generated automatically from the shapes, colors, strokes and overlaps in your file, combined with the settings you choose — such as width, mode, base plate, layer heights, curve smoothness and interpretation options.

Because every file and combination of settings is different, the quality and appearance of a conversion depend directly on the artwork and choices you provide.

Review the preview and settings before you download

You are responsible for reviewing the live 3D preview, the model dimensions, the selected units and all other settings before downloading. Different slicers handle multi-color 3MF files differently, so check how the file opens in your own slicer before printing.

No guarantee of personal design expectations

JAS3dStudio does not guarantee that a generated model will meet your personal design, aesthetic or artistic expectations. Results can differ from what you pictured, for example when artwork contains live text that has not been converted to outlines, very thin details, gradients, embedded images or overlapping shapes.

Digital downloads are nonrefundable

Subject to applicable law, successfully delivered digital downloads are nonrefundable solely because you dislike the generated results. A download counts as successfully delivered once the file has been generated and made available to you.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live and that cannot legally be excluded.

Genuine technical failures will be reviewed

If a download fails to deliver, a file is corrupted or cannot be opened, or the service does not work as described because of a technical fault on our side, contact us. Please include the original SVG, the settings you used and a description of the problem.

Every genuine technical failure is reviewed individually. Where a failure is confirmed, we will work to resolve it — for example by fixing the issue, providing a corrected file, or issuing a refund where appropriate.
