What counts as a download? Every new finished creation costs one credit. A creation is the exact artwork, colors, size and every setting you finalize. All of its files — the multicolor 3MF, the PrusaSlicer 3MF, the combined STL and each per-color STL — are covered by that one credit, and every creation is saved to your library. Each file can be downloaded 3 times for free; after the 3rd download of the exact same file, one more credit adds another 3 downloads of it. Previewing and adjusting are always free; downloading a changed version uses a new credit. Monthly plan downloads are used first, then purchased single credits. A failed export never uses a credit.
Digital downloads only. You are buying access to digital SVG-to-3D conversion downloads (STL and 3MF files), not physical 3D-printed products. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. See the Digital Conversion & Refund Policy.
Personal use unless licensed. Plans and single credits cover personal use only. Selling physical 3D prints requires the Lifetime Commercial License, and selling or sharing the digital files is never allowed. See the Licensing Policy.
