Licensing Policy

Files created with a Creator Plan, Pro Studio Plan or Single Download Credit are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only — for example printing items for yourself, as gifts, or for personal projects.

Without the Lifetime Commercial License you may not sell physical 3D-printed products made from your JAS3dStudio creations.

The JAS3dStudio Lifetime Commercial License is an optional one-time purchase of $99.99 USD. It allows you to sell physical 3D-printed products made from your JAS3dStudio creations.

The license covers physical printed products only. It does not grant any right to sell or share the digital files themselves.

The commercial license is a one-time payment with no renewal. It remains valid for the lifetime of your JAS3dStudio account, including after any subscription is cancelled or ends.

A license whose payment is refunded, reversed or lost in a payment dispute ends at that point. While a payment dispute is open, the license is suspended.

With or without the commercial license, you may not sell, resell, distribute, transfer, give away, upload to marketplaces or file-sharing sites, or otherwise commercially share the STL, 3MF or any other design or export files created with JAS3dStudio.

All licenses, including the commercial license, are personal to the registered account that purchased them. They cannot be transferred, sold, shared with other people or businesses, or sublicensed.

The commercial license does not include any download credits. Every new finished creation still requires a credit from a Creator Plan, Pro Studio Plan or Single Download Credit.

JAS3dStudio converts the artwork you provide. No license from JAS3dStudio, including the commercial license, gives you any rights to artwork, logos, characters, trademarks or other material owned by someone else.

You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed to use, print and — with the commercial license — sell products made from the artwork you upload.
